2023
- Our priority was to repay the exceptional loan (€5,000) used to finance school supplies for secondary students.
- The expenses (€14,159) account for 94% of actions, and operating costs for 6%.
- In the actions, education represents 72% of expenses and health 28%. These percentages are identical to those of 2022.
- Operating costs amount to €1,175 and have increased. This is due to the purchase of a mobile phone to maintain the necessary equipment for work in Namakia and financial expenses in Paris.
- There remains €1,050 that we propose to carry over to the 2024 fiscal year.
2022
- The projects (€6,441) represent 89% of the expenditures and operational costs account for 11%.
- In these actions, education constitutes 73% of the expenses and health covers 27%.
- Operational costs have significantly decreased: €815 in 2022 compared to €2,047 in 2021.
- This is explained by the reduction in two significant financial lines: travel expenses to Namakia and financial fees in Paris.
- There was only one trip to Majunga while there were two in 2021, along with a greater transportation of equipment. The financial fees from our bank in France were substantial.
- A negotiation regarding financial transfers with the treasurer’s bank has allowed us to eliminate them. We are currently examining proposals from other banks.
- There remains €3,463 that we propose to carry over to the 2023 fiscal year.
