Perspectives 2026
For the 2026 year, we are considering carrying out the projects presented below. We wish to present them to you in detail in order to collectively determine the priorities, in the interest of the inhabitants of Namakia.
1. EDUCATION
- School supplies (11.000 €):
- The purchase of school supplies will be renewed. The principle remains the same: a contribution of 1€ is requested from parents to help finance them.
- Work and equipment for schools (€3,753) financed by exceptional donations following the February 2026 cyclone:
- These consist of the school paintings (interior and exterior) for 26 classrooms and replacement of concrete blackboards for all 26 classrooms as well.
- The work started mid-April 2026 and is supervised by the director and the teachers of the school. The Complant Sugar Company, following a strong demand from teachers and parents, has agreed to take charge of the school roofs repairs, and this work has already been completed.
2. HEALTH
- Care for the disadvantages (2000 €):
- Maintenance of health care funding for the most vulnerable populations in the three municipalities (Namakia, Mitsinjo, and Antongomena Bevary).
- We are planning a margin in order to deal with unforeseen events
